Definitions:
New Client
A client in which Next Step Solutions and/or Next Step Computers has never invoiced for any of its services.
Free service
Accompanied with a finite time frame, service is rendered at no charge for the allotted time. With client approval, services rendered in excess of allotted time are billed at the normal rates and rate increments.
Business
An organization engaged in the trade of goods, services, or both to consumers. This includes, but is not limited to, Sole Proprietors, Corporations (non-profit & for profit), and partnerships.

Confidence offer of 1 hour complementary (free) support is valid for new, business clients only. This offer may not be transferred and is not redeemable for a cash value. Valid for labor only, travel time incurred and parts required are not included in this offer.
